Don't see your question here?
Yes, we’ll start with a 3-month commitment to make sure we have time to work towards your goals. After three months, we can continue to work together or part ways!
Probably! There are some CRMs and project management softwares I’m more familiar with than others. On our disco call, I can tell you how familiar I am with yours. I am also usually willing to learn something new if it already works for you. I’m a fast learner and I like new tools! 🤓
I mean this with so much sincerity, I’m not here to judge. My desk is a mess, I have 4 cups on it and 22 tabs (yes, I counted) on my current browser. I have an ongoing list of things I need to fix for my own business. My brain is also busy. But that helps me help you! I know that out of sight, out of mind is so real for ADHD so we won’t be creating complex systems and I don’t only operate with inbox zero.
I approach every situation in your business with “is this working for you?” and if it is, even if it’s “messy”, we leave it alone! Yes, if it’s going to be a long-term problem, I want us to proactively solve that problem, but I’m not partnering with you to do a metaphorical desk sweep and start from scratch!
Systems is a big buzz word, but what does that actually look like in your business (or personal life)?
A system is how things are working together towards a goal.
Some systems I've helped clients implement: meal planning/grocery order system, project management system, family calendar, a CRM, time tracking to determine capacity.
Systems can be high tech or low tech! It's about what the problem is and finding the right solution.
Typically, a Virtual Assistant is completing tasks that already work within an established system. An Online Business Manager is creating the systems or SOPs (standard operating procedures). An OBM involves more strategy, problem solving and decision making.
What am I? Honestly, I don’t care what you call me as long as you call me 📲 I’m here to be your thought partner, cheerleader, and reality checker. I’ll complete tasks that already have a system in place or see an area where a system is needed and help you find one that will work!
